Jon Jones: Weidman’s Name Not Big Enough For Super Fight, Velasquez Though…

“A lot of people are starting to mention Chris Weidman’s name and I think in order for it to be a ‘super fight,’ Chris Weidman needs to get his name a little bit bigger and prove himself against some other world champions. That being said, I think Cain Velasdquez would be the only guy that would be considered a ‘super fight.'”

Apparently taking out the pound-for-pound king, Anderson Silva, (twice) isn’t enough to impress UFC light-heavyweight champion, Jon Jones.

When asked of super fights by AXS TV, the champ said Weidman’s not on his level.
