Hendricks Camp Disses GSP, Says He Isn’t Dangerous

By BJPENN.COM News - July 28, 2014

UFC welterweight champion Johny Hendricks may have lost a controversial decision to Georges St. Pierre in December, but that hasn’t stopped him from saying he would beat GSP in a rematch.

This time Hendricks camp took some shots at GSP after finding out that they would be prepping Johny for a rematch against Robbie Lawler. Hendricks coach spoke with MMA Junkie about the rematch:

“The immediate rematch is always kind of like, eh, again. But I think Lawler, he’s earned it. He’s been on a tear since losing to Johny. You can’t say he doesn’t deserve this. It’s better than having to watch (former UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre’s) matches again. With Lawler, even when he’s hurt, he finds a way to knock people out. A guy like that keeps you on your A-game.”

Who do you think takes the rematch between Hendricks and Lawler? Sound off in the comments section.
