According to a report from Brazilian news outlet ‘Globo’, UFC featherweight Sam Sicilia (11-3 MMA, 1-2 UFC) has been forced out of his scheduled UFC Fight Night 28 bout with Felipe Arantes (15-5-1 MMA, 2-1-1 UFC). Stepping in to replace Sicilia is promotional newcomer Edimilson Souza (12-3 MMA, 0-0 UFC).
