“It’s a big challenge for me. I’m up for it and I’m excited for it, but after feeling my body in that five-round camp, realized I need to take my time in this camp because that’s the hard part. The fight itself is literally the easy part. That’s the fun part for me. That’s why I come out smiling. I’m loving life on that night of fighting. I believe I’m me right now. I have no question in my mind. I believe I am who I always was. You’re going to see it, September 27th. I’m going to be me. Just who you’ve always seen.”

Former UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz is set to return to action later this year against Takeya Mizugaki. And after two-years off, he says he’s still the best guy out there.
