Nik Lentz Accepts Penn’s Challenge –– ‘I’ll Fight You Anytime’
On Wednesday’s episode of ‘UFC Tonight,‘ UFC Hall of Fame fighter and former two-division champion BJ Penn joined Michael Bisping and Kenny Florian for an interview.
In the middle of the interview, after Florian asked about a past situation with Mike Dolce, Penn issued a challenge, telling Dolce to get his guy Nik Lentz and he’ll fight him at 145 pounds.
“I’m sick and tired of hearing about Mike Dolce. I’ll put a challenge out right now: You go get Nik Lentz, your boy, bring him down to 145 and I’ll run right through him in one round and then I’ll find you in the back and smash you. If Dolce says I don’t train, let’s do this. I would come out for this. Some things were said, got me heated. I worked with him for 20 days and paid him $1000 a day. I’m sick and tired of hearing that.”
On Thursday, UFC’s Lentz took to his Instagram account and accepted Penn’s challenge, saying that he would fight him anytime.

“I don’t even and have not worked with Dolce for quite some time…so fighting with me will have nothing to do with Dolce…but for the record…fuck you BJ. You talk too much now…you use to be about actions, but now like the spoiled little rich kid you are, all you do is talk. I’ll gladly fight you anytime. So get your mom and daddy to paint you some plans, fly Hawaii out to Vegas, give little baby Penn what he wants and come out of retirement …. This time I’ll make sure to retire you properly #BringPennBack”
