Team Alpha Male will need a new coach because current coach Martin Kampmann will be leaving the team by the end of the year.

Reported on Wednesday’s UFC Tonight, Kampmann will be leaving for personal reasons, citing that his family does not want to stay in Sacramento. There is no bad blood between himself and the team, which consists of fighters such as UFC bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw, Urijah Faber, Chad Mendes etc.

Faber said he will be looking to replace him but isn’t in a hurry. He did say that he reached out to both Kenny Florian and Mark Hominick. Florian is interested but is not sure if he can do it with all his other obligations.
