Jon Jones bulking up big with muscle ahead of return to UFC Octagon

Jon Jones has been on a big weight training regiment, breaking personal records in the weight room getting bigger and stronger.

Jones posted an update and his plans on his weight regimen ahead of his return fight to the UFC. Jones captioned his photo, “Excited to start my cardio and agility process. Fitness is going to be on fleek. Right now I’m 228lbs, my goal is to gain a solid four more before ramping things up mid December. Definitely going to enjoy eating whatever while I can I can tell DC my plans, still won’t stop me. Fitness is one thing, game plan and tactics are another #CompeteHarder.”

Jones hasn’t let the lack of a scheduled fight slow his motivation down to get in top physical shape. It is most speculated that Jones will face current UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier for the title upon Cormier’s break from fighting.
