Dana White: ‘No Debate, Jon Jones Is The Best Fighter In The World, Pound-For-Pound’

By BJPENN.COM News - June 4, 2014

The debate on who the world’s best pound-for-pound fighter is, is now over, according to UFC President Dana White.

“It’s Jon Jones”, said the UFC Boss.

“When Renan Barao was undefeated for 32 fights and nine years and everything else, there was some debate there. There’s no debate now. Jon Jones is the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world.”

Chris Weidman is also an undefeated UFC champion, as is Ronda Rousey, but Jones has the longer tenure and as a result is the likely candidate for the P4P accolade.
