Abel Trujillo planning to appeal controversial loss

Abel Trujillo is fresh off his ‘UFC Fight Night: Sao Paulo’ loss to Gleison Tibau after referee Keith Peterson stopped the fight because he believed that Trujillo had been choked out, however Trujillo was most certainly conscious.
According to MMAFighting, Trujillo’s camp requested paperwork from the Brazilian Commission (CABMMA) to appeal the loss. Ultimately, the appeal will come down to whether or not referee Keith Peterson believes the right call was made.
