Aljamain Sterling and Youssef Zalal successfully made weight on Friday for their UFC Vegas 116 headliner.

Sterling used the one-pound allowance for a non-title fight to clock in at 146 pounds. Zalal weighed in just a half pound less than “Funk Master.” Since both men hit their targets, this means Saturday’s main event is now official for the Meta Apex.

Co-headliners Norma Dumont and Joselyne Edwards tipped the scales for their women’s bantamweight clash. Both Dumont and Edwards managed to reach the 135.5-pound mark. Dumont is the No. 3-ranked women’s bantamweight, while Edwards holds the No. 11 spot.

Lightweights Rafa Garcia and Alexander Hernandez have also weighed in and there were no issues there. Garcia reached 155 pounds, while Hernandez punched in at 155.5 pounds.
