The New York vs. MMA saga continued today after New York District Court Judge Kimba Wood shot down the UFC’s preliminary injunction to bypass the New York MMA ban and hold Jones vs. Cormier II at the Madison Square Garden. UFC COO Lawrence Epstein released a statement on the matter, which was obtained by MMAMania.

Ronda Rousey isn’t the only one getting recognized in Venice, California in works of art. The UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor also has some adoring fans in the street art community who painted a mural of “The Notorious” out on a street in Venice. It isn’t as big of a piece as Ronda Rousey’s mural who lives in the city as the hometown hero, but for the Irishman’s fame, it is a step in the right direction.
