Michael Bisping became the UFC’s undisputed middleweight champion at last night’s UFC 199 event in Los Angeles, this after he knocked Luke Rockhold out cold in the very first-round.
Bisping was able to catch Luke with a big left hand that sent him crashing to the floor. Rockhold popped back up to his feet but then ate another thunderous left from “The Count” which sent him right back to the canvas. Bisping quickly followed up with some shots from the top and the referee stepped in and called a stop to the fight.
During the UFC 199 post fight press conference, Rockhold and Bisping engaged in a heated verbal exchange as you can see in the above video. Luke threatened to “kill” the brash English fighter, while Bisping told Rockhold: “You got knocked out, and should sit down and shut up!”.
