47-year-old Richard Harris is planning for the longest martial arts training session of his life. The Bruno Tostes Jiu Jitsu brown belt is planning to do a 24-hour training session from 8 a.m. Nov. 21 to 8 a.m. Nov 22 at Renzo Gracie Latham in New York to raise awareness and fundraise to choke out cancer. The “24-hour Roll-A-Thon” will have Harris do continuous training with various training partners in efforts to raise funds for New York Oncology Hematology’s Community Cancer Foundation, which helps Capital District families with some financial support that have a loved one battling cancer.
