His words:

Things finally turned around for our team with my win last week.

It was a tough tough fight but I was able to stay relaxed and get the finish. It really changed the whole atmosphere in practice with the team.

Frankie picked Corey vs. Clark and we all just thought it was going to be a great matchup for our team.

Clark’s wrestling wasn’t there yet and team Penn’s guys didn’t know that Corey could box either.

Halloween night was fun. We carved a few pumpkins, Frankie stopped by with his kids, so it was a great time.

The Blue Team was starting to take a few days off because they felt they were doing a little too much.

Mount Charleston was awesome. We had so much fun, but it was not easy. That thing was far and it was uphill, so it was actually a workout, but as soon as we got up there it was all worth it. It was an amazing view.

The fight turned out like we thought it would. Corey was able to dominate both rounds, his cardio is amazing, he does not stop.

He wants to train all the time and I had to tell him a few times to rest. LOL. He’s pretty new in the sport, so he was constantly asking questions in the house about positions and everything. He is a very hard worker.

Next up we picked Ian vs Rogers, you guys saw the preview you won’t believe it don’t miss it!!
