Join us tonight at 5 P.M. PST as BJPenn.com Radio is joined by Jeremy Stephens. Jeremy is coming off a 3rd round highlight KO of Dennis Bermudez. We will talk to Jeremy about the bout, how it feels when he lands his patent uppercut, and of course the knee that dropped Bermudez like he was shot… We will discuss with Jeremy what is next for him in the weight class, his journey through mixed martial arts up to this point, and his future. If time permits we will talk to Jeremy about the Reebox deal, the current change to the weight cutting game with IV’s being outlawed, and more… Tune in and get ready for one of the hardest hitting Featherweights around… And follow Jeremy on Twitter @LiLHeathenMMA

SUBCON Presents ANNUAL CHARITY EVENT with my long time, good friend, AJ Machado of the AJ Show on Energy 103.7 Radio and Children’s Rady Hospital. This will be a GI and NOGI Tournament. Competitors will donate $50 in toys to help benefit the children of Children’s Rady Hospital. There will be no charge to register otherwise. This event will happen annually in conjunction with AJ going up in the crane. We have wanted to host this for about 7 years now and it’s finally came to light and we couldn’t be happier. Our goal is to raise 5000 toys for AJ’Kids and Childrens Rady Hospital, so let’s pull the BJJ Community and others together and make this happen!!!
