MMA veteran Charles Bennett shocks BKFC fans with KnuckleMania 6 KO win over Pat Sullivan

Longtime combat sports veteran Charles Bennett returned to the win column in stunning fashion at BKFC KnuckleMania 6.

The former “Krazy Horse” competed against Pat Sullivan on Saturday, and he was a sizable underdog going into the fight. Bennett hadn’t won a fight since 2024 and has dealt with a slew of losses in his fighting career. “Felony” had enough juice to pull off a victory in his first bout of 2026.

Near the end of the second round, Bennett popped Sullivan with a left hand that nearly sent him out of the ring. As the referee was giving Sullivan a standing eight count, it was quite clear that the fight had reached its end. Sullivan told the referee he could not continue, and Bennett was awarded the surprising finishing win.

Prior to Saturday’s win, Bennett had gone 0-3 under the BKFC banner. He had also gone 1-26 in his last 27 combat sports bouts before he stopped Sullivan. Bennett made his BKFC debut back in Aug. 2018 when he was stopped by Michael McDonald in the fourth round due to a hand injury. He followed that up with a TKO loss against Johnny Bedford and a unanimous decision loss to Tyler Goodjohn at the end of 2020.

Despite his rough record, Bennett has continued to keep himself relevant in the combat sports space. The win over Sullivan guarantees that more eyeballs will be on “Felony” whenever his next fight takes place.

Sullivan has now suffered his second defeat under the BKFC banner. He was knocked out by Kaine Tomlinson Jr. in 37 seconds during his BKFC debut. Sullivan bounced back with a 15-second TKO win over Austin Peterson back in July 2025. He could not carry his momentum into the Bennett fight.
