Silva Says Leg At 95%, Won’t Really Test It Until Fight Night

“I’ve been doing a lot of physical therapy, and right now, it’s at 95 percent and improving. On the day of the fight, it’s going to be 100 percent.”

“[The Titanium Rod] will come out (of the leg) if I decide to, but prior to this fight, not a chance. Some people, they remove it, but it hasn’t been bothering me, so I don’t think I’m going to remove it.”

During yesterday’s UFC conference call, Anderson Silva discussed his leg’s recovery from being broken.

The former UFC middleweight champion told reporters that while he does intend to use his leg in the preparation for the fight, he won’t be throwing hard kicks or using 100% force until he steps inside the cage.
