Edwards vs. Nelson Set For UFC on FUEL TV 7 | UFC NEWS

A welterweight contest between Justin Edwards and Gunnar Nelson has been booked for the UFC’s February trip to London.

UFC officials announced the bout earlier today.

UFC on FUEL TV 7 is set to go down at the famous Wembley Arena in London, England on February 16th.

At the time of this report it was not indicated whether or not this most recent welterweight booking will be featured on the main or preliminary card.

A black belt under Renzo Gracie, Nelson boasts an impressive unbeaten record of 10-0-1. He made his UFC debut at UFC on FUEL TV 5 with a stunning first round submission over DaMarques Johnson. The victory not only notched his 10th MMA victory, but also his 10th stoppage.

On the other side of the cage, Justin Edwards will try to keep himself in the win column. The TUF 13 cast member last saw action at UFC on FX 5 with his “Submission of the Night” performance over MMA vet, Josh Neer.
