Dillashaw On Demetrious Johnson: “He Don’t Want To Fight Me”

February 16, 2015 4:19 pm by BJPENN.COM News

Recently there was some buzz regarding a potential superfight between the flyweight kingpin Demetrious Johnson, and bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw.

Johnson revealed that he and Dillashaw agreed to fight for $2 million, however he knew that wasn’t realistic (See that HERE).

Now, Dillashaw is discussing the idea of the fight, and gave his thoughts to MMAJunkie.

“It’s awesome, man. I’m always up for a challenge. And $2 million? Who’s not going to take a fight? He gets paid a whole lot less than that to fight, so it’s kind of funny he’d say that he’d do it for $2 million. He knows they’re not going to pay him that. He don’t want to fight me.”
