Recently the UFC hosted a poll, in which they asked fans whether they wanted to see Jose Aldo vs. Frankie Edgar II, or Jose Aldo vs. Conor McGregor. The fans voted, and Aldo vs. Edgar II was the winner (See that HERE). However, Conor McGregor pointed out that despite the fan vote, McGregor’s last two bouts have resulted in a higher gate for the UFC.
