New ONE Championship star Sage Northcutt has seemingly caught the acting bug. The fan favorite welterweight can be seen in the newly released trailer for Street Fighter: Genesis, an unauthorized project based on the popular Capcom game. Northcutt plays the fiery-fisted character, Ken.

Hardcore MMA fans will also recognize another fighter in this trailer. Seth Petruzelli, most famous for his EliteXC killing knockout of Kimbo Slice, appears as eyepatch-wearing Muay Thai specialist Sagat.
Petruzelli, a veteran of the WEC, UFC, and Bellator cages, has not fought since he was knocked out by Muhammed Lawal in 2013.
Sage Northcutt is set to make his ONE Championship debut at ONE: Enter the Dragon on May 17 in Singapore. His opponent on this stacked card will be striking specialist Cosmo Alexandre.
“I feel great,” a typically chipper Northcutt recently told BJPenn.com of the matchup. “I’m looking forward to fighting May 17th against a Cosmo Alexander and having my debut for ONE Championship. It’s going to be in Singapore, which is really cool.
“Talking about it with my coaches and kind of visualizing it… I visualize myself going out there and beating my opponent in every way possible. In my mind I visualize myself going out there and knocking my opponent out, or taking my opponent down or submitting my opponent. For me, I have a vision of each one, but I just have to be prepared for every opportunity and see what’s open.”
