Seksan set for U.S. primetime debut at ONE Fight Night 16
ONE Championship’s return to U.S. primetime on November 3 has added an extra dose of excitement by including Seksan Or Kwanmuang in the lineup.
The Muay Thai megastar is slated to duke it out against Johan Estupinan in a 140-pound catchweight contest at ONE Fight Night 16 on Prime Video. The event emanates live from the iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
Seksan, aptly known as “The Man Who Yields to No One,” has taken the striking world by storm with his devil-may-care style in the ring.
Moreover, he is no stranger to the limelight, having previously held the Rajadamnern Stadium and WBC Muay Thai World Titles.
However, it’s his recent run on the weekly ONE Friday Fights series that has propelled him into global stardom. There, Seksan has accumulated a flawless 6-0 record, earning himself a six-figure contract with the world’s largest martial arts organization.
Now, Seksan is ready to showcase his talent to a much wider audience.
Standing in the way of Seksan’s quest for glory, however, is Estupinan. The 21-year-old Colombian may be a relative newcomer, but he’s no pushover.
Estupinan is an exceptionally aggressive striker, leaving his opponents little room to breathe.
This approach virtually assures a battle of epic proportions when he faces off against a legendary foe like Seksan.
Seksan battle bolsters two world title matches
The matchup between Seksan Or Kwanmuang and Johan Estupinan complements an already stacked card for ONE Fight Night 16 on Prime Video this November 3.
The event is headlined by a pair of World Championship bouts. Jonathan Haggerty and Fabricio Andrade face each other for the vacant ONE Bantamweight Kickboxing World Title.
Meanwhile, Tye Ruotolo battles Magomed Abdulkadirov for the inaugural ONE Welterweight Submission Grappling World Title.
