On February 27th Michael Bisping and Anderson Silva will square off in a highly anticipated match of veterans. Both men have been at the top of the UFC’s middleweight division for quite some time, however have yet to fight one another. While Silva reigned as the king of the middleweight division for nearly 10 years, Bisping was always just shy of a title shot. On February 27th he will finally get the chance to fight Silva and get his name in the title mix once again.

On February 27th former UFC middleweight kingpin Anderson Silva will return to the Octagon after a year-long layoff following his fight with Nick Diaz that was ultimately ruled a no-contest. Silva will fight Michael Bisping in a highly anticipated middleweight showdown between two veterans of the sport at UFC London. A win over Bisping could see Silva’s name thrown into the middleweight title mix once again. However with that being said, Luke Rockhold and Chris Weidman ave their highly anticipated rematch for the UFC middleweight championship at UFC 199. In addition, the UFC has booked Vitor Belfort vs. Jacare Souza in what many expect to be a #1 contender matchup in the wake of Yoel Romero’s failed drug test.
