In case you missed the season premier of TUF 20 last week you catch watch the first fight from the season right here on BJPENN.com. The season started with all of the 16 women being ranked 1 through 16 based on their fight records, and then put into a bracket where the #1 ranked fighter would fight the #16 ranked fighter and so on. Once the coaches picked their teams the first fight was announced.

Despite neither man going at full speed, these man are showing off extremely high level, and extremely technical moves. For those unfamiliar with Marcelo Garcia, he is a 3rd degree black belt in BJJ. He has placed in the ADCC 7 times, and has won 1 bronze medal, 2 silver medals, and 4 gold medals. To add to his already impressive resume, he has won the BJJ World Championships 5 times, and competed, and won many other tournaments including the Pan Am games, the World Cup, and the Brazilian National Championships.

Following his win over Bigfoot Silva on Saturday night, Andrei Arlovski jumped on the cage to celebrate. Apparently a Brazilian fan was booing, something Arlovski didn’t like. He shouted “You boo?! Fuck you!”, one of his corner-men immediately told him to stop, and suggested he say “I love you” to make up for what he said.

His teammate, Renan Barao was forced out of his UFC 177 rematch against TJ Dillashaw after hitting his head after passing out when he was cutting weight. Despite both fighters having hard weight cuts, Leo Santos defended Nova Uniao, and Andre Pederneiras’ weight cutting method.
