Seksan predicts explosive trilogy with Pakorn at ONE Friday Fights 147

Seksan “The Man Who Yields To No One” Or Kwanmuang has never lost four fights in a row in a 203-fight career. On March 20 at ONE Friday Fights 147, he intends to keep that streak intact in the most entertaining way possible.
The four-time Muay Thai World Champion returns against fellow legend Pakorn PK Sialaytentmungkorn in bantamweight Muay Thai action, live in Asia primetime from Bangkok’s iconic Lumpinee Stadium. It is the rubber match of a trilogy born a decade ago — two five-round wars in 2014 that left Lumpinee on its feet both times, split one apiece, and unresolved ever since.
Three straight losses have tested the 37-year-old’s resolve. His spirit, however, is untouched. With the return of a rival who makes him better, he has accepted without a second thought.
“This fight is huge for me. I’m determined to get back in the win column and prove that I can still compete at the highest level,” Seksan said.
“With my work ethic and my warrior spirit, I’m confident I’ll come out on top.”
Seksan has a blueprint and a few tricks up his sleeve
Seksan acknowledges that two decades of all-out warfare have started to leave a mark on his body. His answer is not to retreat but to adapt — sharper defense without surrendering the aggressive identity that made him a star. Anyone expecting a conservative version of “The Man Who Yields To No One” on Friday is about to be wrong.
Pakorn is technically brilliant, high-IQ, and dangerous. But as Seksan knows from their two previous battles, he doesn’t stay technical when the heat rises. That is exactly what Seksan is counting on.
“In our first two fights, I was the one pushing the pace, and Pakorn didn’t back down. He stood his ground and traded with me toe-to-toe. It was so intense that the whole stadium stood up and cheered both times,” he said.
“After the second fight, I thought we’d never cross paths again because our careers were heading in different directions. So, when the offer came, I accepted immediately because I knew this fight would be an absolute banger.”
The specialist weapons are loaded. All of them waiting for the right moment inside Lumpinee.
“I’ve got a few tricks up my sleeve — spinning elbows, flying knees, and the catfish fin elbow. I want to show them off if the timing is right,” Seksan said.
“As for a finish, I’d say it’s 50-50. If someone lands clean, it’s lights out. But even if it goes the full three rounds, it’s going to be a thrilling ride for the fans.”
