Ultimate Fighting Championship made their way into Monterrey, Mexico on Saturday evening for the finale of the second season of “The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America”. The preliminary bouts which aired on UFC Fight Pass and FS1 saw some exciting finishes, but the main card left more to be desired for the viewers at home.

Say what you want about Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller, but a recent Tweet of his certainly shows his good nature. Miller has had his fair share of legal issues in the past, most recently allegedly assaulting police officers last month. While he hasn’t fought since 2012, Miller hasn’t ruled out an eventual return to MMA.

In the main event of Bellator 146 Melvin Manhoef found himself rocked by Hisaki Kato in the 1st round. While Manhoef seemed close to being dropped, he fought on and clipped Kato with a big left hand that left Kato out cold on the canvas.

The co-main event of Bellator 146 was an exciting one. Brandon Girtz picked up a very quick KO win over Derek Campos in just 37 seconds.

Bubba Jenkins and Jordan Parsons went to WAR on the main card of Bellator 146. It was a back and forth fight that had the judges split. Ultimately 2 of 3 judges scored the bout in favor of Bubba Jenkins.

It was a slugfest between Houston Alexander and Guilherme Viana for the near-two rounds the fight lasted. After being rocked in the first round, Houston Alexander showed a tremendous amount of heart in the second round until the ringside doctor stopped the fight due to a nasty cut.
