Weidman Slams Silva, Says Rubber Match Is ‘Easy Payday’

With the upcoming return of Anderson Silva to the UFC in January when he faces Nick Diaz, many fans are wondering if Silva will face Weidman a third time if he beats Nick Diaz.

Weidman spoke to Fox Sports to discuss potential interest in a rubber match with the former middleweight kingpin.

“Anderson Silva a third time? If that’s what people want to see then it will happen. Easy payday? Yeah pretty much. With all due respect.”

“With all due respect to the division, no one is beating me at 185. Sorry. I think everybody is talented. I think everyone has a threat, but none of them are beating me.”
