UFC strawweight Valerie Letourneau says she feels and stronger and healthier than ever, and backed it up with a photo she posted to Instagram.

Letourneau who has a chance to win UFC gold against champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk at UFC 193 on Nov. 14 captioned her post:

My body have change so much these past 3 years, I feel healthier and stronger then ever, and I enjoy every part of my training and diet. No kidding!! I’m truly blessed to have the chance to experiment all that, and I’m gonna do it for as long as my body is letting me doing it. I’m grateful to every single person who helped me to get to this point • • • •
