UFC’s Hector Lombard Eyeing 2016 Olympics

First Anderson Silva, now Hector Lombard. It seems like the popular thing to do while on the sidelines due to testing positive for performance enhancers is to prepare for the Olympics.

Silva came out and said he wants to represent Brazil in Taekwondo for the 2016 olympics and now Lombard has stated he plans on representing Australia in Judo for the games.

On Submission Radio, Lombard expressed his interesting in competing for the Summer games saying that he wants to use it to prove that he doesn’t need any enhancers to perform.

“I wanna prove that I don’t need … you know what recently happened with the situation with the UFC. I wanna prove that I don’t need anything to compete at the highest level.”

What do you guys think, should he be able to compete in the olympics?
