UFC President fielded questions from fans earlier today at the UFC 181 tickets on-sale press conference. One of the questions that was asked was when UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey would fight.
White responded saying:
“She’s absolutely, 100-percent fighting January. She’ll fight in January, 100-percent. She’ll fight in January, and then she’s going to film a movie, and then I’m hoping for her to come back again in March.”
White may have been hinting that should Cat Zingano defeat Amanda Nunes tomorrow night at UFC 178 and reclaim her #1 contender spot, she could be Rousey’s opponent in January.
