UFC Signs Four New Fighters

The UFC has announced the signing of four new prospects: Bryan Barberena, Brendan O’Reilly, Paddy Holohan, and Matt Dwyer.

MMAJunkie.com reported that Bryan Barberena will be fighting Joe Ellenberger, who is not to be confused with his brother Jake, after his last opponent Johnny Case withdrew from their bout due to an eye issue. The King of the Cage Lightweight champ is 9-2 and trains out of MMA Lab, home of Benson Henderson and Alex Caceres.

WUZHENET.com reported that Brendan O’Reilly, who made a brief stint on TUF Nations as a member of team Australia will be making his debut against Zhang Lipeng. He comes into the UFC with a 5-0 record.

Severemma.com reported that Paddy Holohan, who is teammates with Conor McGregor and Cathal Pendred at SBG Ireland will be making his UFC debut with a 9-0-1 record at flyweight against Josh Hill.

Topmmanews.com reported that Matt Dwyer has signed a multi-fight deal with the UFC, the Battlefield Fight League 170-pound champ carries a 7-1 record into the Octagon with notable wins over Damarques Johnson and Shonie Carter.
