Lyoto Machida suffered his second consecutive loss in a row and has to pay the price for it. While he did receive a nice payday, he is being forced to sit on the sidelines indefinitely until he receives medical clearance for possible head injuries.

Steve Bosse was also on a receiving end of a lengthy suspension as he was on on the wrong of a knockout of the year candidate. Thiago Santos only needed twenty-nine seconds to dispose of Bosse with a brutal headkick KO.

Santiago Ponzinibbio: Suspended 30 days for precautionary reasons
Eddie Gordon: Suspended 30 days due to a nose abrasion
Steve Bosse: Suspended 90 days for precautionary reasons
Hacran Dias: Suspended indefinitely until receiving medical clearance for possible right-foot injury
Lewis Gonzales: Suspended 30 days due to a right-eyebrow laceration
Steve Montgomery: Suspended 30 days for precautionary reasons
