According to reports, UFC funny man, Tim Kennedy is toying with the idea of retirement.
The Team Jackson middleweight fighter is coming off a disappointing defeat, at the hands of Will Romero, and into surgery to repair a minor knee injury. These stressors seem to have Kennedy second-guessing his career as a prize-fighter.
In a statement to the UFC tonight crew, Tim Kennedy stated “I’m not sure,” when asked about a return date to action, “but that has nothing to do with my knee.”
A follow-up question yielded the same result.
“No idea,” said Kennedy, when asked if he would ever fight again.
Tim Kennedy is 18-5 overall and 3-1 inside the UFC.
