Chael Sonnen, former UFC fighter and current MMA analyst, was happy to meet one of his biggest fans recently and feels like he didn’t disappoint.

The fan? Conor McGregor.

Well that’s how Sonnen put it, when he sent out this Tweet of the two of them with UFC announcer Bruce Buffer.

The caption reads, “They say, “never meet your heroes, they’ll only disappoint.” But @TheNotoriousMMA will tell you – I didn’t.”
