UFC lightweight/welterweight Nate Diaz doesn’t have a fight booked but that doesn’t mean he’s not in the gym everyday.

Diaz posted a video that shows him teaching his friend and NBA great Shaquille O’Neal a few things on the mat.

The video’s interesting for a few reasons. One, it’s just cool to see Diaz training with someone like Shaq, second, it’s pretty hilarious how much bigger Shaq is than everyone else there.
