‘McGregor Is Just Looking For Publicity, I Don’t Take Him Seriously’

“I don’t take that dude seriously. He’s just trying to get himself some publicity.”

Earlier this week, Conor McGregor jumped into the mix of names who randomly call out Floyd Mayweather when he stated he would ‘kill Floyd Mayweather in less than thirty seconds.”

TMZ Sports spoke with Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather and he apparently scoffed when he saw what UFC featherweight Conor McGregor had to say about him. Mayweather was none too impressed and it sounded as if he was used to other fighters constantly calling him out.

The same day, Dana White told the world that any of his UFC fighters could finish Mayweather as well— even the girls!

‘Money’ is planning on retiring after his bout with Manny Pacquiao in May. At forty years of age, is it too late to see Mayweather walk into the octagon for a freakshow fight?

Regardless, both Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather have the biggest fights of their careers fast-approaching. McGregor is set to take on UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo in July at UFC 189. Their bout will be the conclusion to the “UFC 189 World Tour”.

Floyd Mayweather will be stepping into the ring one final time against Manny “Pac-Man” Pacquiao on May 2nd. Who do you think will win?
