Former Strikeforce lightweight champion, Josh “The Punk” Thomson will return to action May 21 against the undefeated Gilbert Burns.
UFC officials announced the bout Thursday.
May 21 will serve as the UFC’s return to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with UFC Fight Night 62. Urijah Faber vs. Raphael Assuncao headlines the event.
