Jon Jones Hijacks Daniel Cormier Interview Live On Air
Daniel Cormier stopped on by the set of Jay Mohr’s show on FOX Sports Radio. He spoke about a variety of things, mainly the brawl that occurred between himself and Jon Jones yesterday.
As the interview went on it turned out that Jon Jones himself had called into the show, right when Cormier was talking about his dislike for Jones. This is what went down:
Jay Mohr: “You don’t like him do you?”
Daniel Cormier: “I don’t like Jon Jones. It’s very hard for me to deal with Jon Jones, personally.”
Jon Jones: “You can just call me Jon.”
Daniel Cormier: “That would make it a little too personal. I’ll just call you Jon Jones.”
Jones: “I don’t like you either Daniel.”
…
Cormier: “We’re oil and water. We don’t mix. It’s fine. We don’t have to be friends.”
Jay Mohr: “Jon it’s Jay Mohr speaking…I like you -”
Cormier: “Because you’re afraid of him. Jon, Jay is terrified of you after what you did to me yesterday. He’s been telling me off the air this whole time.”
Jones: “What I did to you? So you do admit that I got the best of you?”
Cormier: “Well Jon your insistance has made be believe, yes Jon you won yesterday, congratulations.”
Jones: “Good, good”
