Bookies around the country have changed their tune since news broke that Jose Aldo suffered a bruised rib while preparing for his title defense.

When the odds for UFC 189 were first revealed, it was business as usual when the champion was labeled as the favorite. While the odds were still close, McGregor was expected to walk into the octagon as the underdog.

With Aldo now injured, 5Dimes have swayed the odds in the favor of McGregor!

Conor McGregor: -135 (Favorite)
Jose Aldo: +115 (Underdog)

If a bettor wants to win $100 for betting on McGregor, they would have to wager $135. However, if they were to bet $100 on Aldo, they would win $115.

UFC Welterweight Champion Robbie Lawlor is also being labeled as the underdog in his defense against Rory MacDonald in the co main-event.
