Diaz & NSAC discussing 18 month suspension

By bjpenndotcom - November 4, 2015

It was announced last month that Nick Diaz and the NSAC were in potential settlement talks that could see Diaz return to the Octagon in 2016.

Ariel Helwani reported on UFC Tonight that Diaz and the NSAC could be close to reaching an agreement that would see Diaz’s suspension dropped from 5 years down to 18 months! In addition Diaz would be fined $100,000.

The suspension would be backdated to January 31st, when Diaz fought Anderson Silva, meaning he would be eligible to fight on July 30th 2016.
