Ronda Rousey is arguably one of the most dominant champions of the modern era. Since signing with the UFC in 2012 and being promoted from Strikeforce champion to the inaugural women’s UFC bantamweight champion, Rousey has dispatched of 4 top contenders, bringing her record to an incredible 10-0, with only 1 bout making it out of the first round.
At UFC 184 however, she will meet arguably the toughest test of her career as she faces Cat Zingano, who is an incredible 9-0.
UFC President Dana White says he is unsure what to do with Rousey if she dispatches of Zingano like she has done with her past opponents, and even joked she may have to fight men.
He spoke at a post-fight media scrum after “UFC Fight Night: Broomfield”
“She’s gonna have to start fighting men if she walks through Cat Zingano.”
“If Ronda Rousey walks through Cat Zingano the way she has walked through everybody else, I don’t know what to do with her.”
