Cyborg Has A Dog Named Fedor, And This Is His Training Diary

By BJPENN.COM News - October 11, 2015

Every single time Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino steps into an Invicta FC octagon, fans in attendance know they are about to witness something special. Whether it’s a fifteen minute mauling or a quick knockout, “Cyborg” has gained the reputation of bulldozing through her opponents.

Her rivalry with Ronda Rousey has escalated to such a point that the only way for them to settle things is to eventually square off in the octagon. Until then, “Cyborg” will put her mean-streak on the forefront and continue to dominate fights.

“Cyborg” does have a soft side, though. It’s evident the Invicta FC Featherweight Champion is in the sport for some big money with Rousey, but she is a true student of the game and is a diehard fan of the sport. It seems that she favors the fighters of yesteryear as she decided to name her dog “Fedor”, likely after “The Last Emperor”. You’ve seen the training footage of “Cyborg” and Fedor, now check out the training footage of “Cyborg’s” dog named “Fedor”!

Justino’s journey to bantamweight has begun as she is currently training for a fight with an unnamed opponent at 140. This will be the test to prove that “Cyborg” will eventually be able to meet “Rowdy” at 135 for a bantamweight championship meeting in the future. Do you think the two will eventually square off, or will this be a bout that will never happen? Share your thoughts in the comment section below!
