Breaking tradition is one of the toughest things to do in the sporting world. For some, it’s superstition. For other, it’s sentimental. Urijah Faber will be forced to break the twelve-year tradition of repping his clothing line, Torque, as he walks down to the octagon with his custom made walkout tee.

Reebok’s partnership with the UFC is to blame for putting a halt to that act. Faber will instead have to wear a Reebok branded walkout shirt. Even though this cuts into advertising his clothing brand, he WILL be getting a fat check from the deal.

Last time I’ll get to rock 1 of my own custom walkout shirts to cage. Gonna be a little sentimental 12yrs strong. Going out with a good 1 #collector @torque1_net #ufcmanila @ufc 2pac California Love stays 🙂
