The UFC has just announced that Notorious Conor McGregor will be facing off against Dustin Poirier at UFC 178: Jones vs. Gustafsson on September 27th in Las Vegas.
Poirier and McGregor have been trading shots via Twitter. After Poirier’s teammate Cole Miller pulled out of his scheduled UFC Dublin bout against McGregor, Poirier didn’t step up, and as a result found himself on the receiving end of harsh criticism from McGregor.
