Bellator Dynamite Results: Paul Daley Earns UD Over The Tough Gonzalez

By BJPENN.COM News - September 19, 2015

Paul Daley took on Fernando Gonzalez in a GLORY kickboxing match.

Daley came out with some hard kicks, to the leg than the body. The round wasn’t too lopsided. Gonzalez held his own, but it most likely went to Daley. His kicks were hard and he seems to be the more active.

Daley did his thing in the second round. He seemed to be way more precise and accurate with his strikes. Gonzales hung in there and winged some punches. Towards the end it seemed like maybe Daley got hurt a little.

In the third Daley came out and picked up his pace a little early. He landed a nice body head combo. Gonzalez got Daley to the corner and tried to tee off, but Daley stepped away. With about a minute left they really started swinging. Man, Daley’s kicks were deadly. Gonzalez ever backed up though. These guys went for it toward the end, swinging everything at each other. Gonzalez got some good shots in. Fun fight.

I really want that Josh Koscheck vs. Paul Daley fight……….

RESULT: Daley wins via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27)
