Andrei Arlovski returns at UFC Singapore

Andrei Arlovski and Travis Browne brought an already electric crowd to their feet with their one-round war at “UFC 187”. Arlovski was on the brink of defeat until he made quick recovery to turn the tables on Browne and win by way of knockout.

After three consecutive wins in the octagon, “The Pit Bull” is eyeing the UFC Heavyweight Championship.

During the UFC 187 Post Fight Press Conference, Arlovski addressed his ultimate goal for his current UFC run.

“One step at a time,” Arlovksi said. “Somebody is going to call me tomorrow from the UFC about my next fight, and it’s going to be my next opponent. “Of course, in the future, I want to be UFC champion, but sooner or later, it doesn’t matter. I can be in line, so I’m good. I still have a few more years in the UFC.”

Fabricio Werdum and Cain Velasquez will be meeting at UFC 188 in Mexico City, Mexico to decide who is the undisputed heavyweight champion. In the meantime, Arlovski is looking to stay busy even if it isn’t for the title.
