UFC legend Vitor Belfort will return to the octagon January 14 in St. Louis!

The former UFC light heavyweight champion, Belfort, will square off with dangerous striker Uriah Hall at the UFC Fight Night event.

ESPN’s Brett Okamoto broke the news on Twitter.

“The Phenom” was most recently seen in action this past June when he defeated former Strikeforce welterweight title holder Nate Marquardt via decision.

Prior to his victory over “Nate The Great”, Belfort had suffered three consecutive knockout losses to Ronaldo Souza, Gegard Mousasi and Kelvin Gastelum.

The loss to Gastelum was eventually ruled a no-contest after Kelvin tested postive for marijuana.

Uriah Hall returns at UFC Pittsburgh

As for Uriah Hall, the former Ultimate Fighter standout is coming off a crushing KO victory over Krzysztof Jotko this past September.

The victory snapped a three-fight losing skid for “Prime Time”, who had previously suffered setbacks to Robert Whittaker, Derek Brunson and Gegard Mousasi respectively.

Also announced for the card was a women’s flyweight scrap featuring Jessica Eye taking on Kalindra Faria.
