VIDEO | Tyson Fury sends a message to Deontay Wilder

Last month’s highly anticipated WBC Heavyweight championship fight between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder exceeded most fans expectations.

The “Gypsy King” and the “Bronze Bomber” both entered the fight sporting undefeated professional records.

Tyson Fury entered the fight 27-0, while Deontay Wilder sported a flawless professional record of 40-0.

Fury appeared to be getting the better of Wilder through the opening eight rounds before Wilder was able to turn the tide with a knockdown in round nine.

Tyson Fury came back strong and seemed to have a decision win within grasp before sustaining a devastating punch in the final round which looked to have him down and out.

Miraculously, and much to the shock of Deontay Wilder, Tyson Fury somehow managed to get back up to his feet and proceeded to throw punches until the final bell.

In the end, the memorable title fight was ruled a split-draw (115-111 Wilder, 114-112 Fury, and 113-113).

The controversial decision has left many fans and analysts calling for an immediate rematch.

Tyson Fury knows their is a high probability of a second fight with Deontay Wilder and is thus staying in shape for the proposed rematch.

“The Gypsy King” delivered the following funny message to “The Bronze Bomber” in a recent interview with BT Sport.

“I’m just maintaining my fitness really, I’m fit now as I was then, same kind of thing, I’m ready to fight. Wilder, let’s get the fight made, don’t s**t yourself now mate!” – Tyson Fury

Prior to his interview with BT Sport, Tyson Fury had suggested that he may not have received a fair shake fighting Deontay Wilder in Los Angeles.

“I’ve always found that all the way through, generations, history of boxing, all the massive fights have always been in the USA,” stated Tyson Fury. “So that’s what I did, I came over to crack the United States. And if everything would have been fair I would have been going home with the WBC belt. But no harm done, still the lineal champion, still unbeaten. We move on.”
