Zoila Gurgel vs. Carina Damm On Tap For Bellator 57

Bellator 115lbs womens champion, Zoila Gurgel will return to action this November, as she will meet Carina Damm in a non title fight at Bellator 57. Gurgel was initially set to face Jessica Aguilar, but Aguilar was forced to withdraw due to a foot injury. MMArising.com was the first to report the news.
Zoila Gurgel last fought this past March where she won a unanimous decision over Karina Hallinan. Without a doubt, Gurgel will be looking to add to her win streak, as she’s now won six straight fights since her loss to Meisha Tate in March of 2010.
Carina Damm was last seen in action this past July, as she picked up a submission win over Sheila Santos at an IMC event in Brazil. The win was her second straight since her loss to Tara LaRosa at Shark Fights 14. Damm will look to keep herself in the win column and pull off the upset when she meets Gurgel this fall.
Bellator 57 takes place Nov. 12 at Casino Rama in Rama, Ontario, Canada and will air on MTV2.

Zoila shouldn’t even be champion, the decision she won over Jessica Aguilar was complete bullsh. I bet Jessica wasn’t even really hurt, they probably paid her not to fight.
I agree Agulair got screwed by another one of Bjorn Rebney judging payoffs. I also believe 100% Frausto ALSO lost to megumi. I hope that carina Dam realizes the only way she will ever get a win over Frausto in Bellator is by K O just like Joe Warren. Warren lost his last 2 fights and was given bullshit decsions even after he was beaten half to death by Galvao. Bjorn rebney was run out of boxing for being corrupt and involved in “fight fixing” paying off judges so it doesn’t surprise me one bit when I see his Champions like Frausto and Warrren getting bullshit wins where they clearly lost. I know there is really bad decsions in all MMA but Bellator is on awhole different level of OBVIOUS corruption. However IMO opinion still to this day the worst most one-sided rippoff decsion in all MMA was Hamills destruction of Bisping. that fight as clearly payoffs involved but tahst no surprise when you look at who was judging Cecil “on the take” Peoples, Doc “corrupt” hamilton. the engish judge gave it to Hamill so to me that tells me the UFC was involved in making sure their britsih golden boy didn’t lose. Combat sports in general have been corrupt since teh 1800′s and i do believe Dana white would do what it takes to make sure bisping doesn’t lose in Britain
