I have been training in Martial Arts for many years, but I seems as i get older I understand the tiny little adjustments to make those techniques and moves work better, i also learned that as you get older you body heals a little slower..LOL

Also the main thing that keep people interested in the Martial Arts and MMa is having the right Trainers and Teachers, with out them we woudln't have the Great Fighters we have today
